• If your item is in stock it will be dispatched to you within 1-5 working days.

• You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of your order to confirm your order details.

• For bespoke bulk orders, it takes approx. five weeks for delivery.

• Please note that we cannot exchange or refund any personalised items of clothing.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Ireland: Delivery within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

• United Kingdom*: Delivery within 1-3 working days after dispatch. 

• Europe**: Delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch. 

• Rest of World***: Delivery in 10-15 working days after dispatch

MISSING ORDERS

• Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

• Should your order not reach you within the times quoted above, please accept our apologies and contact Customer Support for help with your order.

*All orders to Northern Ireland and
Rep of Ireland are dispatched by courier, and cost €6.00.

**All orders to England, Scotland,
and Wales are dispatched by An Post. Delivery for orders to UK and Northern Ireland costs vary depending on weight.

***All orders to Europe and Rest of the World are dispatched by An Post. Delivery costs vary depending on weight.
