2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders must be paid in full before processing.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it if production has started.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.
  • All orders are shipped with DPD Ireland
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.
  • Bodibro is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.

Pre-Order Items (Pop-Up Shops & Special Orders)

  • Items purchased as a pre-order (such as those ordered during a Pop-Up Shop event) will take approximately 5-6 weeks to be produced and shipped from the date the Pop-Up Shop closes.
  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing time.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Personalized Items

  • Items customized with a crest, initials, or any form of personalization cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • Please double-check personalization details before placing your order, as we cannot make changes once production begins.
  • If a personalized item is faulty, contact us within [X] days of receiving it with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items (such as those from a Pop-Up Shop) are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded unless faulty.

Non-Personalized Items
